WW Projects is a not-for-profit organisation, established for public benefit, promoting and encouraging the education in and appreciation of contemporary art. We aim to offer a diverse programme of exhibitions, events, residencies, educational projects and publications in the UK and internationally. WW is committed to the support of artists and to invigorate dialogues between different groups and disciplines and to instigate and commission new works, for exhibition, presentation or loan to public collections, museums, galleries and other platforms.
WW Projects needs your support
WW Projects is an integral part of WW Gallery's ongoing programme, and exists to support artists with the space and time to develop work outside of commercial or profit-driven concerns, and beyond material or outcome-driven conclusions. Equal importance is placed on both the process or 'becoming' of the work and its final exhibition. This approach allows us to nurture artists in the production of a wide range of experimental, provisional, time-based, and performative works, as well as ambitious commissions, and it allows us to host meaningful residencies and participate in international exhibition opportunities such as the Venice Biennale. We believe this also provides the best conditions for experiencing art and challenging audiences.
